Amazon, you let me down!

Ordered a 18-55mm Nikon lense via Amazon from Willoughby’s Established 1898.  The order was processed and showed an 07/11/2017 arrival date, but no shipping confirmation number.
Needless to say, it hasn’t arrived yet and when I called them they couldn’t even confirm that it had gone out of their other warehouse.  This was the last one that they had (the 18-55mm) according to their Amazon listing but they were willing to replace it with another “similar” one that was supposed to be newer (probably an AF-P instead of the AF-S like I wanted).  I cancelled that order since I specifically wanted the AF-S lens since it is to be used on both a Nikon D40 and a D7200.  I guess it was a good thing that I had already ordered Tanya the Nikon 18-104mm lens last night.  That one should be in around the 18th so she will have a nice focal range covered.
Now the fun starts to see how long it takes for the refund to process through.  They sure took the money out before the product shipped (or not shipped, whichever the case may be).
