Well, looks like Tanya and I are getting into astronomy and astrophotography.
Recently picked up a William Optics 103mm refractor telescope and a Celestron NexStar 8.  The WO will be used for deep sky observation and the Celestron for planetary viewing and similar solar objects.  Since we are planning on also doing astrophotography I got mounts to allow our Nikon D7200 to be used with either telescope as well as some CCD cameras that will mount directly to the scopes.  On the William Optics the mono CCD will be used to enhance the tracking and since I’ll normally have the D7200 hooked to it I got another color CCD for the Celestron.

In addition we recently purchased a Winnebago 1790 travel trailer to use to go to dark sky locations and stay for a day or so.
